Kiptoo, who was the chief guest, said that Kenya as for now has enough foreign reserves to cushion the shilling against shocks from the on-going Israel, United States-Iran war that has caused disruptions in the Middle East but hoped the war will end soon before it impacts negatively to Kenya.
