Tourism Cabinet Secretary Najib Balala after a media briefing at Ol Pejeta conservancy in Laikipia after scientists harvested ten oocytes from the two remaining Northern White rhinos on August 19, 2020. He expressed hope of saving the iconic species. The project is a collaboration of four countries, Kenya, Czech, Germany and Italy.
