Governor of Kakamega County Wycliffe Oparanya (right), Shinyalu MP Anami Lisamula and leader of the Federal Party of Kenya Cyrus Jirongo (centre) sharing words of wisdom during the requiem mass service of the late Mary Noelle in Kakamega, where Oparanya urged Jirongo to unite people of Western and reach other tribes for support if he wanted to be president in 2017. Jirongo urged President Uhuru Kenyatta to dissolve the cabinet and share slots equally, saying that Western had been sidelined. December 15, 2013
