Description

From right: Kiambu Assembly Speaker Stephen Ndicho, Governor Ferdinand Waititu, County Commissioner Wilson Wanyanga, and NACADA chairman, now Waititu’s adviser on matters relating to alcoholism John Mututho chat after the signing of the County Alcoholic Drinks Act at the county offices on March 7, 2018.
A conflict over how the war against alcoholism in Kiambu will be conducted is looming between the national and county government after Governor Waititu said police and chiefs will not participate, a position the central Kenya regional coordinator Wilson Njega has rubbished.
