Phillip Kimunya, who sustained burns when Kiambaa Kenya Assemblies of God Church in Eldoret, Uasin Gishu County was burnt during the 2007/2008 post-election violence, and son of the late Elizabeth Wangui whose photograph appeared in newspapers wailing during the incident, accompanied by other victims of the post-election violence at Kiambaa, during a press conference at Highlands Inn Hotel in Eldoret town on November 27, 2020. They claimed the Directorate of Criminal Investigations summoned them to Nairobi and facilitated their movement, to give their accounts of the violence.
