Mr. Omogi Caleb, sales manager of Guinness (E.A.) Ltd, is pictured presenting the first volume of British Parliamentary Papers to Mr. Peter Mwaura, lecturer at the School of Journalism, University of Nairobi. The second volume of this extensive publishing project by the Irish University Press will be presented in March. A total of 750 volumes have already been published, offering comprehensive source material on 19th-century British social, economic and political history.
