Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi addresses mourners during the burial of the late Paul Maru, a Kenya Defence Forces soldier who was killed by Al-Shabaab at El-Adde Camp in Somalia the previous month. The burial was held at his home in Chepkoiyo, Uasin Gishu County, on February 19, 2016. Sudi said he and other Rift Valley leaders would not support the Jubilee Party if projects earmarked for the region were not implemented.
