Education Minister, Prof Sam Ongeri and Higher Education Minister, William Ruto follow proceedings during presentation of Kshs 144 million dummy cheque from Equity Bank to support its pre-university sponsorship programme on 26th April 2010 at the Equity headquarters, Nairobi. The amount the highest since the programme was started will benefit 200 students countrywide who came top of their districts at the KCSE last year.
