President Mwai Kibaki (right) with the Director of the National Youth Service Japheth Mwania during the commissioning of vehicles and heavy machinery between the Chinese Government and the National Youth Service in Nairobi, January 29th, 2010. The vehicles and heavy machinery are given to the Kenyan Government at a tune of Sh4.3 billion. They will be used by NYS to construct roads and dams across the country.
