Senator of Kakamega Boni Khalwale whispers a word to Cord leader Raila Odinga when he visited the Kakamega county on Saturday 2nd January
2015 hosted by Khalwale and governor of Kakamega Wycliffe Oparanya(rt) where they accused each other before Raila. When cord leader stood to address,he said that each of them had a role to play saying that senator had a role of bringing money to the county and insuring that it is used properly while governor should be in charge of the county and manage it properly.
