Ahadi Kenya Trust CEO Stanley Kamau presents a dairy cow to Geoffrey Gakiria, one of the six Kanyemyaini ward in Muranga County MCA candidate who vied and lost. This was during the launch of a countrywide empowerment initiative to rehabilitate candidates who lost in the general election back to their communities. Five other MCA candidates who lost in this election each received 50 hybrid chick and cash so that they can start their lives afresh given that they used much of their resources during the campaigns. One of them, George Kinyanjui, a secondary school teacher whose house was torched during the campaign received close to 300,000 to rebuild his house. September 18, 2022.
