Two employees of the East African Railways Corporation have been awarded fellowships to attend a 12-week management services course at the Royal Institute of Public Administration in London. Mr. Peter Kiragu (left) is sponsored by the UNDP on the recommendation of Mr. Miles Thomson, UN adviser in management services, while Mr. Anthony Mararo (second left) is sponsored by the British Council on the recommendation of Mr. Howard Thomson.
