The Kenya society for the deaf children national chairman Francis Nganga addressing the media in Nairobi, Thursday, January 18, 2018. He called for the government through the Ministry of Education to employ more special needs teachers to cater for deaf children in schools across the country. The organization gave a cheque of KSH 750, 000 to cater for 80 deaf students.
