Prime Minister Raila Odinga (2nd left), his wife Ida Odinga (2nd right), Tourism minister Najib Balala (right) and Finance Assistant Minister Oburu Oginga (left) jointly cut a tape to officially open Park View hotel at Milimani in Kisumu yesterday. The hotel belongs to Mr. Oburu Oginga. Balala praised Mr. Oburu’s efforts in contributing to the creation of accommodation needed for tourists and guests in Western Kenya. 22/12/2011.
