Mvita MP Abdulswamad Nassir and Mombasa Senator Mohamed Faki (right) asked security agencies to follow the Constitution in executing their mandate. They demanded answers from the security agencies over the alleged abduction of Mombasa businessman Abdulhakim Sagar and his detention without trial.
