Description
Kilifi County governor Amason Jeffa Kingi seats on a stool at the Marani village when he visited more than 150 families displaced by floods along the River Sabaki April 18, 2013. The governor blamed the floods on the Ken Gen’s decision to open the Seven Folks dams to allow the extra water downstream and threatened to seek compensation for the victims.
