Immigration PS Belio Kipsang attends a sensitization forum on Revised National Registration Guidelines for chiefs and their assistants at the Rift Valley National Polytechnic in Nakuru on April 9, 2026. Dr Kipsang said the administrators will help distribute the more than 400,000 uncollected National Identification cards across the country.
