IEBC Chief Executive Officer Ezra Chiloba spoke at the funeral mass of slain IEBC ICT manager, Christopher Chege Msando. A funeral mass for Msando was held at the Consolata Shrine on the 17th of August 2017. Christopher was found dead on the 31st of July 2017 after he had gone missing for a day. His murder raised many questions as it occured just days before the IEBC was to conduct the Kenya General elections. His wife, Eva Buyu has vowed to get justice for her hustband and she sought the help of the Kenyan people and the media.
