Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua addresses journalists in Nyeri town on October 12, 2020. He protested against an order by High Court which directed governors eyeing the presidency in 2022 polls to resign six months before polls saying that they will challenge the decision in the court. He said that the directive should apply to all those going for the top seat including the Deputy President.
